Automatic Battery Charging/Swapping Technology for Electric Vehicles

Glyms Industries Ltd is proud to present its latest breakthrough: the Automatic Battery Charging/Swapping Technology. This innovative electric vehicle system employs two separate batteries—one powers the vehicle while the other is charged using a revolutionary device called the DYNAMIC EPG.

The Dynamic EPG is uniquely coupled to one of the vehicle's wheels. Unlike traditional alternators, which cause drag on the electric motor, the Dynamic EPG generates charging current even when the vehicle is moving at very low speeds, starting from just 10 km/h. This high-current output is efficiently processed by the Dynamic EPG to rapidly recharge the second battery.

It is important to note that coupling a conventional alternator to the wheels is impractical because alternators require spinning at approximately 3000 rpm to generate sufficient charging current. This limitation led to the development of the Dynamic EPG, which overcomes these challenges with its innovative design.

When the main battery powering the vehicle becomes depleted, the system automatically switches to the fully charged secondary battery without any manual intervention. Meanwhile, the depleted battery is quickly recharged through the Dynamic EPG as the vehicle continues to drive, achieving full charge within minutes.

Addressing Range Anxiety and Charging Challenges

This technology effectively tackles the common issue of range anxiety faced by electric vehicle users, especially in regions lacking charging stations or where solar energy is unreliable due to weather conditions.

Ideal for Areas with Unreliable Power Supply

The Dynamic EPG offers a groundbreaking solution for countries with unstable grid power or situations where conventional charging sources are unavailable, ensuring electric vehicle batteries can be recharged on the go without dependence on external infrastructure.
